Website for a caretaker service in Emmendingen: property care, cleaning, minor repairs, lawn care and winter service — with a 3D scene that turns into snow clearing in winter, in three languages.
About the project
Hausmeisterdienst M.H. is a caretaker service in Emmendingen, Germany, looking after residential and commercial properties: regular inspections and maintenance, stairwell and window cleaning, minor technical and electrical repairs, lawn mowing, yard care and winter service. We built them a website that shows this the way the company works — reliable, tidy and all from one provider.
The challenge
Their clients are property owners and managers who need a reliable contractor nearby. The site had to show seven services and the service area within seconds, take visitors straight to a call or an enquiry, and meet German legal requirements for business websites — legal notice (Impressum), privacy and cookies.
The solution
- A 3D scene on the home page: the caretaker mows the lawn row by row, and when Winter Mode is switched on in BBB Studio the same scene turns into winter — the lawn is covered in snow, a snow blower clears it and snow falls across the whole site.
- Seven services with their own icons: property care, stairwell cleaning, window cleaning, minor repairs, lawn care, yard and grounds care, winter service.
- A contact form where clients can send their location with one tap, so the property is easier to find, plus a map and directions to the company.
- Three languages — German, English and French — with automatic language selection for visitors from other countries.
- Legal notice, privacy policy and cookie preferences in line with German rules.
- Three colour profiles (Klassik, Nacht, Frisch) in the navy and amber palette from the logo.
Technology
The site runs on BBB CMS with a custom Hausmeister theme. Content, services, languages, contact form messages and Winter Mode are managed from BBB Studio and the BBB Multi app for Windows and Android, without touching code. The 3D scene runs right in the browser (WebGL), and devices without 3D support get a regular image. Every page has its own SEO fields and the site is fully responsive on phones and tablets.
The result
The company now has a website people remember for its live 3D scene, one that clearly shows the work all year round — from mowing to snow clearing — and takes visitors straight to a call or an enquiry.
