Sokotra Bau GmbH is a Berlin construction company delivering new builds and turnkey projects, reinforced concrete, masonry and rebar work, building renovation and demolition — in Berlin and across Germany. We built them a website that presents the company, its services and its construction sites in one place.
The challenge
A construction company's website has to show seriousness and experience at a glance: who they are, what they build and how to reach them. Clients are investors and partners in Germany, so the site had to be in German and English, clear from the first second and easy to browse on a phone.
The solution
- A one-page site with a clear flow: company and contact right at the top, mission and vision, services, about us, planning and construction, projects and contact.
- Blue brand identity taken from the logo, with modern architecture photography and icons for each area.
- Three areas of offer — apartments, show homes and commercial properties — each with its own card.
- Project gallery with real photos from their construction sites, from shell construction to facade.
- Contact always at hand: e-mail and phone numbers in the header, address, opening hours and company details at the bottom.
- Two languages — German and English — with a language switch in the menu.
- Scroll animations that bring the page to life without slowing it down.
The result
Sokotra Bau now has a clear, professional website that presents the company as a reliable construction partner, shows real work and takes visitors straight to a call or an e-mail.
