About the project
Zlatarprojekt is a design and engineering office that guides investors from the first idea to a finished building: architectural design, engineering calculations, complete technical documentation and construction supervision. We built them a new website that presents the office the way it works — precise, responsible and reliable.
The challenge
Engineering services are specialised and often hard to explain to people who are only starting to plan a build. The site had to show within seconds what the office does, build trust and lead visitors to an enquiry as simply as possible — on a phone just as well as on a desktop.
The solution
- Brand identity throughout the site: the deep green palette from the logo, elegant serif typography and imagery that blends technical drawings with finished architecture.
- Animated logo intro — a hand with a pencil draws the office's mark, with an option to skip.
- Four clear services (design, calculations, documentation, construction supervision), each with its own icon and description.
- Contact page with an enquiry form and direct office contacts.
- Three languages — Serbian, English and German — for local and international investors.
- Project portfolio ready to grow with the office.
- Cookie preferences plus privacy and terms pages.
Technology
The site runs on BBB CMS with a custom Zlatarprojekt theme. Content, services, projects, languages and contact form messages are managed from BBB Studio and the BBB Multi app for Windows and Android, without touching code. Every page has its own SEO fields and the site is fully responsive on phones and tablets.

The office now has a modern, fast and clear website that presents its services, builds trust with investors and takes visitors straight to an enquiry.
